摘　　要：目的了解患者血液感染的主要细菌种类及其耐药性,为临床合理选择抗菌药物提供依据。方法采用美华BC64全自动血培养仪及美华鉴定系统(MA120)对6 924份血液标本进行细菌培养鉴定及药敏分析。结果 6 924份血液标本分离出524株细菌,阳性率为7.56%;其中G+菌占46.37%,以表皮葡萄球菌为主;G-菌占44.85%,以大肠埃希菌为主;真菌占8.78%,以克柔念珠菌为主。G+菌对利奈唑胺、万古霉素、米诺环素高度敏感,对青霉素、头孢类及其他抗菌药物存在不同程度耐药;G-菌对美洛培南、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦较为敏感,对氨苄西林及其他抗菌药物有不同程度耐药。结论血液感染患者以G+球菌感染占优势,G-菌杆菌感染次之,真菌感染不容忽视,临床上应根据细菌类型及体外药敏试验结果选用抗菌药物进行治疗。Objective To investigate the bacteria species in blood infection and their drug resistance so as to provideevidence for the reasonable selection of antibiotics. Methods Total 6 924 blood samples were collected for bacterial culture,identification and drug sensitive analysis by using automated blood culture system and bacteria identification system. Results A total of 524 bacteria were isolated from 6 924 blood samples with the positive rate of 7.56%. The positive rate of gram-positive bacteria were 46.37%, most of which were Staphylococcus epidermidis. The positive rate of gram-negative bacteriawere 44.85%, most of which were Escherichia coli. The positive rate of fungi was 8.78%, most of which were Candida krusei.The gram- positive bacteria were sensitive to linezolid, vancomycin and minocycline, but showed resistance to penicillin,cephalosporin and other antibacterials. The gram- negative bacteria were sensitive to meropenem, cefoperazone/ shubatan,piperacillin / tazobacam, showed resistance to ampicillin and other antibacterial drugs. Conclusions The gram- positivebacteria were dominant in blood infection, and gram-negative bacteria was the secondary one. The selection of antibacerialsfor clinical treatment shou be based on the bacteria results types and of drug sensitivity test.
