摘　　要：目的了解三亚市不同场所男男性行为(MSM)人群艾滋病感染及相关知识行为状况,为采取有效的健康教育和预防干预措施提供依据。方法采用分类滚雪球抽样方法,对活动在"同志"酒吧、公园、学校、网络的MSM人群开展问卷调查,并采集血样进行HIV、梅毒和丙肝抗体检测。结果共调查392名MSM,HIV感染率为7.9%,其中酒吧139人,公园57人,学校76人,网络120人。HIV感染率分别为10.8%、14.0%、1.3%、5.8%,以公园人群最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同场所MSM在婚姻状态、艾滋病知识知晓及与同性发生过肛交、商业性行为、与异性发生过性行为、使用安全套的问题上差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论三亚市不同场所的MSM HIV感染及人口学特征、艾滋病知识知晓、高危行为有差异。无保护高危性行为普遍存在,艾滋病知识知晓率低,HIV感染率高,艾滋病流行形势严峻。应根据不同场所MSM的HIV感染情况、人口学及高危行为特征,有针对性地开展健康教育和行为干预措施。Objective To understand the infection, relevant knowledge and behavior of AIDS in men who have sex withmen（MSM） in different place in Sanya city for working out effective health education and preventive intervention measures.Methods Classification of snowball sampling method was used to launch a questionnaire survey among MSM in bars, parks,schools and network, and bloody samples were collected for detection of HIV, syphilis and anti- HCV antibody. Results Three hundred and ninety-two MSM were surveyed including139 persons from bars, 57 persons from parks, 76 persons fromschools,120 persons from network. The infection rate of HIV among MSM from bar, park, school and network was 10.8%,14.0%,1.3% and 5.8%.The infection rate of HIV among MSM from parks was the highest（P〈0.05）.Statistically significant differencesamong marital status, awareness rate of AIDS,anal sex and commercial sex with the same sex, sex with isomerism and condomusing among MSM in different places were noticed（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The infection rates of HIV, demographiccharacteristics, awareness rate of AIDS knowledge and high-risk behavior of MSM in different places were different. There wasunprotected high-risk sex behavior, the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was low, the infection rate of HIV was high. Theepidemic situation of HIV was severe. Thus specific health education and behavior interventional measure should be carriedout.
