摘 要:目的掌握长沙市感染性腹泻沙门菌流行以及血清群分布情况,为科学防治提供依据。方法收集辖区内感染性腹泻监测点粪便标本进行沙门菌分离培养,菌株分型鉴定后对其进行菌型分布、流行特征分析。结果 2012~2014年长沙市1 705份标本中共检出104株沙门菌,检出率为6.10%,发病年龄集中在0~2岁婴幼儿,占34.62%(36/104),主要集中在4~9月,占85.58%(89/104),主要流行的血清群是占58.65%(61/104)的B群沙门菌和占18.27%(19/104)的D群沙门菌。结论长沙市沙门菌感染血清群呈多态分布,B群沙门菌为最主要的流行菌,加强夏秋季节食品安全卫生监管对沙门菌感染性腹泻防控有重要意义。Objective To understand the serotype distribution and prevalence of Salmonella in patients with infectiousdiarrhea in Changsha city. Methods The stool samples were collected from infectious diarrhea patients and Salmonella wasisolated,identified and the serotype distribution and prevalence of salmonella were analysed.Results One hundred and fourSalmonella strains were detected from 1 705 stool samples during 2012- 2014 and the detection rate was 6.10%. Casesconcentrated in 0- 2 year old infants, accounted for 34.62%(36/104) and the cases were mainly detected from April toSeptember, accounted for 85.58%(89/104). The main prevalent serogroups were group B and Group D of Salmonella accountedfor 58.65%(61/104) and 18.27%(19/104). Conclusion Serogroups of Salmonella exhibit polymorphic distribution ininfectious diarrhea patients in Changsha and B group of Salmonella is the main prevalent serogroup. To srengthen food safetymonitoring and maqnagement is of great significance to prevent and control infectious diarrhea caused by Salmonella insummer and autumn.
