摘　　要：构建中国特色的现代官邸制,是严格规范干部住房,构建和谐社会的现实需要,有助于推进廉政制度建设,夯实公共资源管理,消除特权思想作风,预防住房腐败滋生。借鉴国外发达国家的成功经验,坚持科学引领、合理布局和综合治理的构建原则,形成包括制度设计、制度原则和制度结构的框架体系,建立房源控制、制度保证和文化支撑等内容的保障机制,全面推进党风廉政建设和反腐败工作不断取得新的成效。The construction of the official residence system demands us to strictly standardize the officials’housing, which is a practical need to construct a harmonious society. It can help to promote the anti-corruption construction, strengthen the man-agement of public resources, eliminate the thoughts of privileges, and prevent the breeding of corruption because of housing. We should learn from the successful experience accumulated by developed countries, adhere to the principles of scientific guidance, reasonable arrangement and overall governance, and establish the framework system including institutional principles, design and structures. What’s more, we should set up a guarantee mechanism on the basis of housing resources, systems and culture so as to unceasingly gain some new achievement in comprehensively promoting anti-corruption construction.
