摘  要:自明朝以来生活在桂林市灵川县江头洲村的我国北宋文学家、哲学家、理学创始人周敦颐后裔,发展了周敦颐创造的"爱莲文化",形成了以"真诚、和谐、积德、行善、奉献"为精髓的"爱莲文化"。通过以先辈为榜样示范,时刻激励后辈积极上进;将"爱莲文化"物化为看得见、摸得着的形象教材,时时提醒、启发教育后人;将"爱莲文化"融入宗规家族制度,规范后人立身处世;重教兴学,注重践履等措施,使江头洲村周氏子弟深受"爱莲文化"浸润,从而使为官者个个勤政、爱民、清廉。Zhou Dunyi, a writer, philosopher and the founder of neo-Confucianism, lived in Jiangtouzhou Village of Lingchuan County in Guilin City. Since the Ming Dynasty, his descendants have developed the“Lotus Culture”with the“sincerity, har-mony, virtue, benevolence, and dedication as its essence. They follow the model set by the forefather and motivate the descen-dants to develop an active outlook on life. Meanwhile, they objectify the abstract thoughts into tangible materials so as to con-stantly remind, inspire and educate the following generations. What’s more, they blend “Lotus Culture”into the family disci-pline and system and standardize the principles for them to comply with. Measures like emphasizing education and practices deeply affect the Zhou descendants. Cultivated by the“Lotus Culture”, officials born in the village have been following the rules of being diligent, people-oriented and upright.
