摘　　要：近年来乙烯装置裂解炉炉管出现事故较多,一直是影响裂解炉长周期运行的重要原因,各乙烯装置对于如何采用科学的检验方法进行裂解炉炉管的检验是非常迫切的,本文通过对某乙烯装置多台裂解炉在近十年间发现的问题进行分析,结合当前裂解炉检验规程,提出了裂解炉炉管检验方法,以期更好的为现场检验服务。In recent years the ethylene cracking furnace tube appear many accidents, has always been an important reason for long period operation of the ethylene plant cracking furnace, inspectionof cracking furnace tube for how to use the scientific testing methods is very urgent, this papercarries on the analysis through the device of ethylene cracking furnace of a multi found in nearly ten years. The problem of cracking furnace, combined with the current test procedures, test method is put forward. The cracking furnace tube, in order to better for the on-site inspection service.
