摘　　要：在我国，涂阴肺结核患者在活动性肺结核患者中所占比例较高，因此涂阴肺结核的防治是我国结核病防治的重要部分。目前由于涂阴肺结核患者缺乏细菌学诊断金标准，临床症状与胸片表现不典型，诊断具有一定的困难，笔者梳理了近年来国内外的涂阴肺结核的诊断标准、诊断技术，同时梳理了近年来涂阴肺结核患者治疗的进展情况，旨在为涂阴肺结核患者的诊断治疗提供一定的参考。Smear-negative tuberculosis accounts for a b.igh proportion of active tuberculosis in our country, thus the treatment and control of smear-negative tuberculosis is very important to the whole prevention and control work. Currently due to lack of bacteria gold standard, untypical clinical symptoms and chest radiography, it remains difficult for the diagnosis of smear-negative tuberculosis. The author reviewed the progress of diagnosis and treatment of smear-negative tuberculosis and it aims to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of smear-negative tuberculosis.
