摘  要:为了满足未来车载全景辅助泊车系统对高清视频图像的需求,以美国OmniVision公司的OV10635低功耗、高分辨率、高动态范围CMOS图像传感器为例,提出了应用210°超广角鱼眼镜头的高清720P车载全景成像系统的电路设计方法以及高速图像传输和调试应注意的问题,并通过选取超低EMI信号传输的双向FPD-LinkⅢ串行/解串器实现了传输距离远、信号质量稳定、传输速率1Gbit/s以上高清数字图像数据的高速传输。通过实际测试表明,对CMOS图像传感器电路的设计达到了车载全景成像系统的高清成像稳定性、小型化等要求。In order to meet the future needs of car panoramic parking assist system for high-definition video images, the circuit design method of high definition 720P panoramic imaging system is proposed by application of ultra-wide 210° fish-eye, which is based on the example of the United States OmniVision's OV10635 low-power, high-definition, high dynamic range CMOS image sensors. The high-speed transmission of high-definition image data, which has the characteristics of transmission distance, stable signal quality and transmission rates above 1Gbit/s, is achieved by selecting the ultra- low EMI and signal transmission of bidirectional FPD-Link Ⅲ serializer/deserializer. The design of CMOS image sensor circuit is proved to reach requirements of miniaturization and stability of high-definition imaging about car panoramic imaging system.
