摘　　要：目的:评估个人自负医疗费用比例是否合理;方法:建立医疗需求理论模型,利用省级面板数据固定效应进行验证;结果:个人自负比例过高;结论:适度降低个人自负比例,以提高医疗的可及性与公平性。Objective To assess the proportion of individual burden of medical costs. Methods We built a theoretical model on medical demand and tested it with panel data. Results The individual proportion of burden was too high. Conclusion It is beneficial to lower the proportion of individual burden for improving the affordability and fairness of medical services.
