疏风解毒胶囊联合抗生素治疗老年急性细菌性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察疏风解毒胶囊联合抗生素治疗老年急性细菌性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法选择2013—2014年上海市杨浦区中心医院急诊科诊治的老年急性细菌性上呼吸道感染患者231例,随机分为联合治疗组112例与对照组119例。在对症治疗基础上,对照组患者给予抗生素治疗,联合治疗组患者给予抗生素联合疏风解毒胶囊治疗,均治疗7 d。比较两组患者治疗第1、3天体温、白细胞计数、炎性细胞因子〔白介素1(IL-1)、白介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)〕、降钙素原(PCT)及第3天体温恢复正常率。结果治疗第1天两组患者体温、白细胞计数及血清IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、PCT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第3天联合治疗组患者体温、白细胞计数及血清IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、PCT水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗第3天联合治疗组患者体温恢复正常率为88.4%,高于对照组的66.4%(P<0.05)。结论疏风解毒胶囊联合抗生素治疗老年急性细菌性上呼吸道感染疗效确切,能有效控制患者体温及炎症。临床试验注册号Chi CTR-TRC-14004695。Objective To observe the effect of shufeng jiedu capsule combined with antibiotics on aged patients with bacterial acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods From 2013 to 2014,a total of 231 aged patients with bacterial acute upper respiratory tract infection were selected in the Centeral Hospital of Yangpu District,Shanghai,and they were randomly divided into control group （ n =119 ） and observation group （ n =112 ）. Patients of both groups were given symptomatic treatment,and patients of control group were given antibiotics,patients of observation group were given shufeng jiedu capsule combined with antibiotics;both groups treated for 7 days. Body temperature,white blood cells count,serum levels of IL-1, IL-6,TNF-α,PCT were compared between the two groups after 1 day,3 days of treatment,and body temperature recovery rate was recorded after 3 days of treatment. Results No statistically significant differences of body temperature,white blood cells count,serum levels of IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α,PCT was found between the two groups after 1 day of treatment（ P〉0. 05）;while above index of observation group were lower than those of control group after 3 days of treatment（P〈0. 05）. The body temperature recovery rate of observation group was 88. 4%,was higher than that of control group of 66. 4%（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Shufeng jiedu capsule combined with antibiotics is certainly effective in treating aged patients with bacterial acute upper respiratory tract infection, can effectively control the body temperature and inflammation.
