含油污泥的一种再利用方法初探

摘　　要：针对含油污泥含水率高、有机质含量高的特点,实验采用热水解氧化法对其进行处理。即在高温（200℃）和高压（2.0 MPa）条件下,降低含油污泥的含水率,并尽可能避免有机质损失,以保证处理后污泥具有较高的热值。论文考察了影响含油污泥热值的因素,并优化了污泥获取热值的最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明,处理后污泥含水率小于30%,干基有机质含量大于50%,各项指标均满足《城镇污水处理厂污泥处置单独焚烧用泥质》（GB/T24602-2009）中污泥自持燃烧的标准要求。处理后污泥热值在18 400~19 400 k J/kg,可作为污泥燃料使用,达到了污泥再利用的目的。污泥燃料焚烧后产生的泥渣达到了固体废弃物指标要求,烟气利用锅炉原有除尘设备处理,对环境不产生二次污染。According to oily sludge’s characteristics of high moisture content and high organic content, the thermal hydrolysis oxidation method was used to treat it. Under the condition of high temperature（200 ℃） and high pressure（2.0 MPa）, the water content of oily sludge was reduced, and loss of organic content should be avoided as far as possible. Factors influencing the oily sludge calorific value were investigated, and the process conditions of sludge reuse were optimized. The experimental results show that, the moisture content of treated sludge is less than 30%,and the organic content is more than 50%.All the indexes can meet the sludge self-sustaining combustion standard in the ＂Disposal of sludge from municipal waste-water treatment plant-Quality of sludge used in separate incineration ＂（GB/T24602-2009）. The calorific value of treated sludge is 18 000~19 000 k J/kg, so the sludge can be used as fuel. The slag generated by sludge incineration can meet the requirements of solid waste indexes. The gas from the sludge incineration can be treated by existing dedusting equipments to avoid secondary pollution.
