形貌可控的铋酸钙的合成及其光催化性能

摘  要:以硝酸铋和硝酸钙为原料,分别用水热法和溶胶凝胶法合成了CaBi2O4和Ca4Bi6O13纳米晶体。利用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜电镜(SEM)和比表面积分析(BET)对产物进行了表征,以亚甲基蓝(MB)为探针研究了其光催化活性。结果表明:水热法得到的是不规则颗粒状的CaBi2O4;而用溶胶凝胶法得到的Ca4Bi6O13呈现独特的十字架形状。当染料溶液pH=10时,两种铋酸钙都表现出较好的光催化性能;可见光照射5h后,亚甲基蓝的降解率分别为97%和67%。CaBi2O4and Ca4Bi6O13 nanocrystals have been successfully synthesized by hydrothermal and sol-gel methods, respectively, using bismuth nitrate and calcium nitrate as raw materials. The obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller sorption (BET) methods. The photoactivity of calcium bismuthates for methylene blue (MB) was investigated. The results showed that the CaBi2O4 samples prepared by hydrothermal method are irregular particles and Ca4Bi6O13 obtained by sol-gel has a unique cross-shape. When pH = 10, these calcium bismuthate samples exhibit good photoactivity for MB, and more than 97% and 67% of MB disappears after 5 h visible-light irradiation, respectively.
