摘　　要："11·22"青岛中石化输油管道泄漏爆炸事故发生后,我院护理部立即启动应急预案,成立护理救援领导小组;启用应急分队,建立救护团队;实行首诊负责制;跟进心理指导。我院护理应急救援团队在该次事故救援中发挥了重要作用,同时保证了本院常规护理工作的顺利进行。During the ＂11-22＂ Sinopec group oil pipeline leak explosion accident in Qingdao, the Nursing Department immediately initiated the emergency response plan, set up the nursing rescue leadership team, and initiated the emergency team, dispatched nurses reasonably, and emphasized the first option assumes for overall responsibility.Moreover, psychological guidance followed the rescue. The Nursing Department played an important role during the medical rescue, and the routine nursing practice was maintained at the same time.
