摘　　要：本文综述了脊髓损伤患者抑郁的影响因素,总结了国内外针对脊髓损伤抑郁患者的主要心理干预措施。指出正念训练的干预方法目前在脊髓损伤抑郁患者中的应用较少,有必要探索运用此方法制定有针对性的脊髓损伤抑郁患者心理干预模式。To review literature on inlfuencing factors of depression in people with spinal cord injury, and summarizes the major psychological interventions. It recognized that Mindfulness Training interventions was seldom used, and it is necessary to use this method to explore the development of a set of psychological intervention model for spinal cord injury patients with depression.
