摘　　要：小儿烧伤是造成儿童意外伤害的重要因素,在世界各地发病率均较高。小儿意外烧伤对家属造成不同程度的影响。本文针对国内外小儿烧伤对家属的影响进行文献回顾,总结相应的护理干预措施,以期为烧伤患儿护理和对父母的心理护理干预提供参考。Pediatric burn is a key factor of accidental children injury, whose incidence rate is high in the worldwide. Accidental pediatric burn may affect family members to various extent. This paper reviewed papers of the inlfuence of pediatric burn on family members in China and abroad and summarized the relevant nursing interventions so as to provide references for the care of burn children and their parents.
