摘  要:目的探讨津力达颗粒联合亚莫利治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取该院2012年12月—2013年12月中收治的被确诊为2型糖尿病患者100例,按照随机分配原则分为治疗组和对照组,每组患者为50例,治疗组患者主要采用津力达颗粒联合亚莫利进行治疗,而对照组患者只采用亚莫利进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果所有患者经过治疗后,治疗组患者总有效率达到了94%,而对照组只有76%,相比差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者经治疗后,空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)以及糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)相比于之前显著降低;而治疗组的血糖达标时间、低血糖发生率显著好于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于2型糖尿病患者采用津力达颗粒联合亚莫利治疗,临床效果显著,值得在临床上进行推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined Amaryl Jinlida particles in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods In our hospital 2012 December to 2013 12 months were diagnosed in 100 patients with type 2 diabetes, according to a randomized divided into treatment group and control group, each group of patients for 50 cases, the patients in the treatment group were mainly adopts Jinlida particles combined with Amaryl treatment, while patients in the control group only used the Amoli treatment, the clinical effects were compared between the two groups patients. Results All the patients after treatment, the patients in the treatment group the total effective rate was 94%, and only 76% in the control group, significant difference (P〈0.05); the patients in the two groups after treatment, fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2 hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) compared to before the decreased significantly; the glucose standard time, the incidence of hypoglycemia in treatment group was significantly better than the control group of patients, with significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment using Amaryl Jinlida particles in patients with type 2 diabetes, a significant clinical effect, worth in clini- cal application.
