2型糖尿病肾损伤时血清CysC、HbALc和U-mAlb检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析血清胱抑素C、尿微量白蛋白、糖化血红蛋白、、在2型糖尿病检测的临床意义。方法对77例2型糖尿病患者分组并和体检者进行Cys C、U-m Alb和Hb ALc检测、比较。结果 DN组的Cys C、U-m Alb检测结果明显高于其他两组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),Hb ALc检测结果也高于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清Cys C、Hb ALc和U-m Alb三项联合检测,对判断2型糖尿病肾损伤的早期诊断有重要的临床价值。Objective To analyze urinary inhibition C serum, urine trace albumin, glycosylated hemoglobin, and in type 2 diabetes clinical significance of detection. Methods 77 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes group and CysC and physical examination, U-mAlb and HbALc test and comparison. Results Detection of CysC, U - mAlb DN group is significantly higher than the other two groups, difference had statistical significance （P〈0.01）, HbALc test results is higher than the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Serum CysC, HbALc and U - mAlb three joint detection, to determine the early diagnosis of type 2 diabetes renal injury has important clinical value.
