瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 :观察瑞格列奈治疗 2型糖尿病的临床疗效及安全性。方法 :42例 2型糖尿病病人均为初诊病人 ,男性 1 8例 ,女性 2 4例 ,年龄 5 9a±s1 1a(4 1～ 77a)。给瑞格列奈 0 .5mg,po,tid ,观察 1 2wk ,病人在治疗前、后分别作实验室检查。结果 :治疗后 1 2wk,病人的空腹血糖、餐后 2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白总有效率分别为 5 5 % ,81 %和 62 % ,治疗后病人空腹和餐后血浆胰岛素水平以及总胆固醇水平均无明显变化 ,体重指数轻度增加 ,三酰甘油水平轻度降低。治疗前后未见血常规、肝功能和肾功能的明显异常。结论 :瑞格列奈可明显改善 2型糖尿病病人的糖代谢异常 。AIM: To investigate the effects and safety of repaglinide on type 2 diabetes mellitus. METHODS: Forty two patients (M 18,F 24;age 59 a± s 11 a)with type 2 diabetes mellitus were treated with repaglinide 0.5 mg, tid, for 12 wk. RESULTS: The fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, and glycosylated hemoglobin (GHbA1c) of the patients decreased significantly after repaglinide treatment ( P <0.01). The total effective rates were 55 %, 81 %, and 62 %. Plasma fasting insulin, postprandial insulin, and total cholesterol had not significantly change after repaglinide treatment ( P> 0.05). But the body mass index increased mildly and the levels of plasma triglyceride decreased slightly ( P< 0.01). The regular blood test, liver functions, and kidney functions were normal before and after the treatment. CONCLUSION: The results suggest that repaglinide can effectively improve the hyperglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. There is no obvious adverse reaction.
