摘 要:利用ASF-9130原子荧光光度计测定离子交换树脂法处理的冶金废水中的汞.仪器条件:负高压为270 V,灯电流为30 A,硼氢化钾的质量浓度为10 g/L,载液为5%盐酸,检出限为0.032 μg,/L,相关系数为0.999 7,回收率为97.82%~100.27%,相对标准偏差为1.01% ~2.25%.该方法检出限低,灵敏度高,适用于离子交换树脂法处理冶金废水中汞的测定.A method for determination of mercury (Hg) in metallurgical wastewater from ion exchange process by microwave digestion hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) is described in this study. The operation parameters are shown as follows :270 V of negative high pressure,30 A of lamp current, 10 g/L of the KBH4 concentration and 5% of the HC1 concentration. The recovery is 97.82% - 100. 27% with detection limit and correlative coefficient as 0. 032 μg/L and O. 999 7, respectively. The average precision (RSD) is around 1.01% - 2. 25%. This method with high accurateness and low detection limit is suitable for the determination of Hg in metallurgical wastewater from ion exchange process.
