摘　　要：2014年6月下旬以来,国际油价不断大幅下跌。油价变化使油气行业上游勘探开发受到很大影响,利润缩减,投资策略变动,非常规资源发展受阻。我国油气企业应继续保持和加强上中下游一体化的组织形式,及时调整投资策略,重视内外部资源整合重组,加大科技创新,改善经营管理。The global oil price has steadily decreased sharply since late June 2014, and has already fallen below $50/barrel. The oil and gas market situation has greatly affected upstream exploration and development, shrunk profi t, changed investment strategy and arrested development of unconventional oil resources. In such a situation China's oil and gas companies should maintain and strengthen integration of upstream and downstream, make timely adjustment to investment strategy, focus on reorganization and consolidation of internal and external resources, increase scientifi c and technological innovation, and improve management.
