摘 要:钢柱与筒架交替支撑式整体钢平台模架装备在高层、超高层混凝土结构施工中具有广阔的应用前景。工具式钢柱是模架爬升过程中的关键受力构件,其板件上开设供爬升装置附着的孔洞,但目前尚缺乏可靠的设计计算方法。对工具式钢柱支撑的受压稳定承载力进行了研究。首先,考虑剪切变形的影响及开洞所致面积减小的影响,对该构件绕两个主轴的轴压弹性屈曲荷载分别进行了推导,所得到的理论公式与数值分析结果吻合良好。然后,限定工具式钢柱支撑的尺寸在常用范围内,通过数值分析结果对其弹塑性稳定极限承载力的理论公式进行验证,确定了绕两个主轴的弹塑性稳定系数的计算方法。最终获得了工具式钢柱轴压稳定承载力的设计方法。The self-climbing scaffolding and formwork system can be applied widely in the construction of high rise concrete structures, in which the steel column climbing part and the framed tube supporting part alternatively support the system to realize the function of self-climbing. The steel column is a key component in the system, and there are openings on the plates of the column for the attachment of climbing devices, but the effective design method for the column is still lacked. In this paper, the stability of the steel column is studied. Firstly, considering the influence of the shear deformation and decrease of the section area due to the openings, the formulas for the elastic buckling loads of the column under axial compression about two main axis are derived, and they are verified by the numerical analysis results. Then, limiting the dimensions of the column to the commonly used ranges, the numerical analysis is conducted to verify the formulas of the ultimate capacity of the column, and the stability factors about two main axis are also determined. Finally, the design method for the steel column under axial compression is obtained.
