摘 要:杭州奥体博览中心主体育场钢结构罩棚由空间管桁架和弦支单层网壳钢结构体系组成,采用了大量铸钢节点。从铸钢节点设计、制作、安装和焊接等关键技术控制的研究出发,在设计阶段进行了节点构造设计以及承载能力分析;在加工制作过程中进行了铸造工艺以及质量控制研究;在铸钢节点安装过程中对安装定位、焊接工艺以及质量检验进行分析。实践表明通过对铸钢节点进行关键技术控制确保了铸钢节点的施工质量。Steel structure of Hangzhou Olympic and International Expo Center main stadium were made by spatial pipe truss chords and single-layer reticulated shell, and used a large amount of cast steel joint. In this paper, the design of cast steel joints, key technology such as assembly and welding control were researched. The joint structure was designed and its bearing capacity was analyzed. In the process of manufacture casting techniques, the quality controlling was researched. In cast steel joint installation, installation location, welding process and quality inspection were analyzed. Engineering practice shows that the study of the key technologies of cast steel joint control ensures the construction quality of cast steel joint.
