摘 要:目的 :探讨毒物检测指导下血液净化对儿童重症中毒的临床疗效。方法 :9例重症中毒患儿,其中卡马西平、溴鼠灵、氯氮平、毒死蜱、复方地芬诺酯、五氟利多、甲苯、百草枯和喷托维林各1例。所有患儿均给予毒物检测指导下血液净化治疗。观察患儿治疗前、后临床症状和毒物血液浓度的变化和预后。结果:儿童重症中毒实施毒物检测指导下血液净化能清除机体毒物,显著改善临床症状。除百草枯中毒患儿死亡,喷托维林中毒患儿因院外心跳停止时间过长自动出院外,其余患儿均治愈出院。结论:毒物检测指导下血液净化是儿童重症中毒治疗的有效手段。Objective: To explore the clinical effect to blood purificaton under the guidance of toxicology testing for severe poisoning children. Methods: Nine children with severe poisoning were chosen, including carbamazepine, brodifacoum, clozapine, dursban, compound, diphenoxylate, penfluridol, toluene, paraquat and Pentoxyverine each 1 case. All children were given blood purification under the guidance of toxicology testing. The changes of clinical symptoms ,plasma concentration of toxic substance and prognosis were observed. Results: Blood purification under the guidance of toxicology testing could not only remove the body toxins of severe drug poisoning children significantly, but also improve their clinical symptoms and prognosis significantly. One patient with paraquat was died, one patient with Pentoxyverine was automatically discharge because of too long OHCA (out-of-hospital cardiac arrest) time, the other patients were cured. Conclusion: Blood purification under the guidance of toxicology testing is an important means of treatment of severe poisoning in children.
