摘　　要：目的：探讨不同季节对结膜囊细菌阳性率的影响。方法：采用对照性研究方法，选择白内障手术的患者528例（528只眼），随机按春（2-4月份）、夏（5-7月份）、秋（8-10月份）、冬（11-1月份）分为4组，对患者在结膜囊细菌冲洗前其阳性率进行对比分析。结论：不同季节结膜囊细菌培养阳性率的差别有统计学意义（P＜0.05），夏季结膜囊细菌培养阳性率最高。ObjectiveTo explore the influence of different seasons to conjunctival sac bacteria positive rate. Methods By contrast research method, selection of patients with cataract operation in 528 cases （528 eyes）, divided into 4 groups： spring （2-4 months）, summer （5-7 months）, autumn （8-10 months） and winter （11 -1 months） group, the patients were comparative analysis of the positive rate in the conjunctival sac bacterial before rinsing.ConclusionsDifferent seasons of conjunctival sac germiculture positive difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, the highest in summer.
