摘 要:同步相量测量单元(phasor measurement unit,PMU)的本质特征是同步量测,因此卫星同步授时信息的准确程度将直接影响PMU量测的精度和可靠性,从而进一步影响电力系统动态过程监测等基于PMU量测的各类应用功能的发挥。文章针对我国安装于变电站和发电厂的2类PMU分别展开讨论,重点推导了电力系统动态情况下考虑授时偏差的变电站PMU量测相量计算公式,分析了授时偏差对相量幅值与相角量测的影响规律;此外,根据发电厂PMU量测发电机转子角原理,分析了电力系统稳态及动态情况下发电厂PMU实测发电机转子角与授时偏差的关系。最后,通过搭建的物理实验平台,进行了稳态和动态实验,验证了理论分析的正确性。The essential characteristics of phasor measurement unit (PMU) is synchronized measurement, so the accuracy of time synchronization signal directly impacts on both accuracy and reliability of PMU measurement, and it further impacts on bringing various PMU measurement based application functions, such as dynamic process monitoring of power system and so on, into play. Two types of PMUs installed in substations and power plants in China are discussed respectively, and the calculation formula for synchrophasor measurements in substation, in which the time synchronization deviation under dynamic condition of power system are taken into account, is emphatically derived, and the impacting law of time synchronization deviation on the measurement of phasor amplitude and phase angle is analyzed. Besides, according the principle, by which the rotor angle of generator is measured by PMU installed in power plant, the relation between the measured generator rotor angle and the time synchronization deviation under steady and dynamic states of power system is analyzed. Finally, the correctness of theoretical analysis is validated by the results of steady and dynamic state experiments based physical experimental platform.
