摘  要:分布式电源并网容量增长快速,配电网的规划工作面临巨大挑战,如何兼顾好配电公司及分布式发电商的利益,促进整体效益的提升,是亟待解决的问题。为此在保障分布式发电商利益的前提下,以配电公司收益最大化为目标,综合考虑了系统安全约束、DG出力及电价限制等约束条件,构建了分布式发电接入后有源配电网的综合投资规划模型;利用启发式人工鱼群算法,通过改进的IEEE37节点配电网测试系统对所构建的规划模型进行模拟仿真。结果表明,较低的燃料价格以及无双边合同的情景可有效促进分布式发电商的积极性,并能够引导配电公司接收更多分布式电能。The grid-connected capacity of distributed generations (DG) growths rapidly and it "makes the distribution network planning having to be faced with the big challenge, so how to consider the interest of both power distribution company and distributed gencos to promote the improvement of overall benefits becomes the problem to be urgently solved. For this reason, under the premise of ensuring the interest of distributed gencos, taking the maximized income of power distribution company as the objective and synthetically considering such constraints as system security, DG output and electricity price limit and so on, a comprehensive investment planning model for active distribution network before and after the grid-connection of DG is constructed; using heuristic artificial fish swarm algorithm, the simulation of the built planning model is performed by modified IEEE 37-bus distribution network test system. Simulation results show that lower fuel price and the circumstance without bilateral contract can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of distributed gencos and lead the power distribution company to accommodate more electricity from DG.
