摘 要:为解决配电变压器选型问题,提高农村电网配电变压器经济运行水平,提出了配电台区用电结构划分及多重负荷特性指标方法,构建了配电变压器优化配置技术框架。结合多种配电变压器选型方案,采用决策树法量化分析了最大负荷增长率的变化带来的风险成本,建立了计及负荷增长风险的配电变压器全寿命周期成本模型,模型考虑了配电变压器过载运行引起的故障成本和负荷中断成本。基于农村电网负荷特性指标计算分析了多种类型和容量的配电变压器全寿命周期成本,提供了配电变压器优化选型配置方法。研究成果有助于提高农村电网配电变压器运行的经济性和可靠性。In allusion to the type selection of distribution transformers to improve economic operation level of distribution transformers in rural power network, a method to divide the power consumption structures of distribution transformers' supply areas and to determine the index of multiple load characteristics is proposed, and then a technical framework to optimize the distribution transformer configuration is constructed. Based on various type selection schemes for distribution transformers, the decision tree method is utilized to quantitatively analyze the risk cost brought by the change of the maximum load growth rate and a life cycle cost (LCC) model, in which the risk of load growth is taken into account, is established and in this model both fault cost and load interruption cost due to over-load operation is considered. Based on the characteristic indices of power loads in rural power network the LCC of distribution transformers in a variety of types and rated capacities are calculated and analyzed, and then a method for optimized configuration of distribution transformers is provided.
