摘 要:首先分析了工业级10 k V/1 MVA等级统一电能质量调节器(unified power quality conditioner,UPQC)串联侧滤波器设计方法,分析了RLC滤波器与LCL滤波器的性能优劣,并最终选择RLC滤波器作为UPQC串联侧滤波器。其次从振荡谐波源的产生、滤波器传输系统的放大过程以及控制环节的反馈3个方面分析了RLC滤波器引起逆变器谐振甚至失稳现象的机理,并基于该分析结果从反馈控制角度提出了有源阻尼控制策略。最后在UPQC的实际物理控制器中增加有源阻尼控制环节,并基于实时数字仿真仪(real time digital simulator,RTDS)进行闭环测试,实验结果验证了所提策略的有效性。Firstly, the design method of the series-side filter for industrial unified power quality conditioner (UPQC) with rated parameters of 10 kV/1 MVA is analyzed, and the performances of RLC filter and LCL filter are evaluated and the RLC filter is finally chosen as the series-side filter for UPQC; secondly, the mechanism causing the resonance and even the instability of the inverter is analyzed from the perspective to the generation of the harmonic source causing the oscillation, the amplifying process of the transmission circuit in the filter and the feedback of the controller, and on this basis an active damping control strategy is proposed from the feedback control perspective; finally, an active damping controller is added into an actual physical controller of UPQC, and the real time digital simulator (RTDS) platform based closed-loop test is performed, thus the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is validated.
