红芪及红芪多糖对气虚血瘀模型小鼠血液流变性的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察红芪水煎液及红芪多糖对气虚血瘀模型小鼠血液流变性的影响。方法:通过低温强迫游泳并腰背部皮下注射3%角叉菜胶溶液,制造小鼠气虚血瘀模型。测定小鼠的游泳时间、尾部血栓形成长度、凝血时间,观察红芪水煎液及红芪多糖益气活血功效相关的部分药理作用。结果:红芪水煎液及红芪多糖能明显延长小鼠的游泳时间(P<0.05);能缩短小鼠尾部血栓长度及其百分率(P<0.05);能明显延长凝血时间(P<0.01)。结论:红芪水煎液及红芪多糖能改善气虚血瘀模型小鼠血液流变性。Objective Observed the influence of Hedysarum polybotrys water decoction and HPS on QDBS mice Hemorheology.Method Low forced swim and lower back subcutaneously 3% carrageenan solution manufacturing mouse blood stasis model.By measuring the mice swimming time,the length of the tail thrombosis,the clotting time to observe HPS Yiqihuoxue efficacy related parts pharmacological effects.Results HongQi and HongQi poly saccharide canextend the swimming time of mice（P〈0.01）; Can shorten the taillength of thrombusin mice and it spercen tage（P〈0.05）,Can obviously prolong clotting time（P〈0.01）.Conclusion
