穴位敷贴促进剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味四逆散足三里穴位敷贴对剖宫产术后胃肠功能的影响。方法:选取剖宫产术后患者共200例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=100)和观察组(n=100)。对照组给予术后常规护理,观察组给予加味四逆散足三里穴位敷贴。比较两组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间、腹胀发生率及血清胃泌素水平。结果:观察组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间及排便时间均显著早于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第1天、第2天,观察组胃泌素显著高于对照组,观察组腹胀发生率显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用加味四逆散足三里穴位敷贴可显著促进剖宫产术后胃肠蠕动,而调节血清胃泌素水平是其可能作用机制。Objective To evaluate the effect of Jiaweisinisan tsusanli point application on gastrointestinal function restoration after cesarean section.Methods 200 patients with cesarean section were divided into control group（n = 100） and observation group（n =100）.The control group was given routine nursing and observation group was given Jiaweisinisan tsusanli point application.The bowel sound recovery time,anorectum exhaust time,defecating time,abdominal distension rate and gastrin level of serum were compared between the two groups.Results The bowel sound recovery time,anorectum exhaust time and defecating time of observation group significantly sooner than control group,showed significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.At postoperative 1d and 2d,serum gastrin level of observation group significantly higher than control group,showed significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The abdominal distension rate of observation group significantly lower than control group,showed significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using Jiaweisinisan tsusanli point application therapy for patients with cesarean section can significantly promote postoperation gastrointestinal peristalsis,regulating serum gastrin level level is the possible mechanism.
