步长脑心通对心绞痛42例血液粘滞性影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察步长脑心通对不稳定型心绞痛患者血液粘滞性的影响。方法:选取84例不稳定型心绞痛患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各42例。对照组给予常规治疗;观察组联合步长脑心通胶囊治疗。结果:观察组治疗有效率92.86%,对照组治疗有效率71.43%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);D-二聚体和血粘度各项指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:步长脑心通可明显降低不稳定型心绞痛患者D-二聚体和血粘度,提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of Buchang Naoxintong Capsule on blood viscosity in patients with unstable angina.Methods 84 patients with unstable angina pectoris were as the research objects,randomly divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group,patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,patients in the observation group were given conventional treatment combined with Buchang Naoxintong Capsule.Results The curative effect in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（92.86% VS 71.43%）.D-dimer and blood viscosity indexes were significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Buchang Naoxintong can significantly reduce the level of D-dimer and the blood viscosity in patients with unstable angina pectoris,improve the treatment effect.
