摘 要:运用DEA-Malmquist指数方法,从静态和动态两个角度测算武汉"1+8"城市圈2007至2012年的城市化效率。静态分析的结果表明,除了鄂州市、咸宁市和天门市DEA没有达到有效性之外,其余五个城市均达到DEA有效性,而其无效性主要是由于技术效率水平下降所导致。动态分析的结果表明,武汉城市圈整体上在2007-2012年期间只有在2010年和2012年城市化效率水平具有上升趋势,其余各年份均处于下降的趋势,究其原因主要是受规模效率和技术进步的影响。对武汉城市圈9个城市的细分得出,在这5年期间有5个城市的城市化效率水平是上升的,其余4个城市的城市化效率水平是下降的,同样是受规模效率和技术进步指数的下降导致。Article measured the Wuhan metropolitan area’s urban efficiency in static and dynamic aspects from 2007 to 2012, using DEA-Malmquist index method. The results show that there are five citys have reached DEA efficiency in addition to Ezhou, Xianning and Tianmen, and its invalidity is mainly due to the decline caused by the level of technical efficiency. Dynamic analysis results show that there are only a rising trend in 2010 and 2012 during the period of 2007-2012, but there are three years in decline, the reason is mainly affected by scale efficiency and technical progress. Urban efficiency are rising about five citys during the period of five years, but urban efficiency of four citys is in decline to every citys in Wuhan metropolitan area, which the reason is also affected by scale efficiency and technical progross.
