摘 要:针对钢筋切断机中偏心轴-连杆机构的接触问题,以GQ40F型钢筋切断机为例,利用Solid Works建立机构三维模型并导入ANSYS Workbench,通过有限元法对结构进行静力学分析、静态接触分析和模态分析,得到连杆机构总变形云图、应力云图、静态接触分析云图和前15阶模态振型图。并根据分析结果提出相应的改进措施。To solve the problem of crank-shaft mechanism for reinforcing steel cutting machine GQ40F,a 3-D model of crank-shaft mechanism was built by using Solid Works,then the model was imported to the finite element soft-ware ANSYS Workbench. Through static structure analysis,static contact analysis and modal analysis in ANSYS Workbench,the nephograms of deformation,stress,contact analysis and 15 modes of vibration of the mechanism were obtained,and two improvement structures of the block based on analysis results were proposed.
