摘  要:目的系统研究甲氧苄啶(TMP)对具抗菌作用中药的抗菌增效作用。方法选择58种不同功效种类中药,采用琼脂稀释法分别对中药、TMP、中药联用TMP抗菌作用进行研究。结果除五倍子外,TMP对所研究的单味中药基本上均有抗菌增效作用,但对不同中药、不同菌种增效强度有所不同。总体上,对金葡菌、水弧菌增效作用较强,对铜绿假单胞菌增效作用较弱。大多数中药对铜绿假单胞菌无抗菌作用,与TMP联用后大多显示出与TMP相当或增强的抗菌作用。补益类中药与TMP联用后,抗菌增效作用增幅较大。结论 TMP对所研究的57种中药具抗菌增效作用。Objective To study the antibacterial synergistic effect of 58 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) combined with Trimethoprim (TMP) systematically.Methods The 58 kinds of TCM were selected according to their types of efficacy and antibacterial effects,then the agar dilution method was adopted to compare the antibacterial effect between TCM,TMP and TCM+TM6P.Results Except Gallnut,the result showed that TMP could mainly increase the antibacterial effects of TCM on 6 kinds of germs,but synergistic effect different on different kind of TCM and germ.As a whole,synergistic effect was stronger on Staphylococcus aureus and Vibrio aquatilis and weaker on Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Most of TCM had no antibacterial effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa,after combined with TMP,their effects against Pseudomonas aeruginosa were increased or equivalent to TMP.The synergistic extent of tonic class Chinese medicine were increased largely when combined with TMP.Conclusion TMP posses synergistic effects on 57 kinds of TCM.
