云南中医药成人教育教学改革探索

摘　　要：通过分析云南中医药成人高等学历教育教学目前存在的问题,针对云南民族地区中医药成人教育的现状,提出云南中医药成人教育的发展需要改革成人教育模式,中医药成人教育的发展要以市场对中医药人才的需求为前提,以培养中医药人才的临床实用性为目标,做到以质量求生存,以特色求发展,为社会输送实用型的地方中医药人才。Through analyzing the existing problems of adult high academic certificate education and teaching of traditional Chinese medicine in Yunnan Province at present,aiming at the status of adult education of traditional Chinese medicine in Yunnan minority areas,it is suggested that the model of adult education should be reformed,the development of adult education of traditional Chinese medicine should take the market demand for talents as precondition,take cultivating clinical practicability of talents of traditional Chinese medicine as target,live up to survive on high quality grasping,adhere to seeking development with its own feature and to produce practical talents of Chinese medicine for society.
