摘 要:目的在分析目前临床八年制医学教学存在问题的基础上,结合医学教育自身特点,提出并应用"基于项目的团队学习(PBGS)"八年制医学教学新模式。方法以医学导论课程教学为例,选取第四军医大学2013级八年制医学生为教学对象,采用PBGS教学法,并安排具有高度实践性的教学课程,指导学生开展以团队协作为基础的自主学习,最后通过《教学质量与效果评价表》调研,以评价教学效果。结果结果表明,学生综合评分高达(97.5±3.6)分,与2012级八年制医学生所填《课堂教学质量与效果评价表》的(85.6±3.2)分相比,进步明显(P<0.05)。PBGS教学法明显提高了教学效果,同时学生对该教学模式满意度高。结论 PBGS教学法能激发学生对科学研究的兴趣,在提高理论水平、促进团队合作意识的形成、提升创新思维和科研能力等方面都具有良好的效果。Objective To implement a new teaching mode of project based group study (PBGS) for medical education of eight-year medical program,based on the teaching characteristics,requirements of medical education and the existing problems.Methods Taking introduction to medicine as an example,the grade 2013 students of eight-year medical program in the Fourth Military Medical University as the research object were selected,and the teaching mode of PBGS was implemented to guide the students learning by themselves by means of the development of highly practical teaching project.Finally,28 evaluation forms of "questionnaire of teaching evaluation" were issued to assess the teaching quality and effect.Results The results showed that the students' comprehensive scores run up to (97.5±3.6) points,compared to (85.6±3.2) points of 2012 students (P < 0.05).A statistic comparison of the scores of two grades showed that the teaching effect was obviously improved and the students were highly satisfied with PBGS teaching mode.Conclusion PBGS teaching mode can stimulate students' interests in the scientific research,which has good effects in improving their theoretical level,establishing a sense of teamwork,promoting their innovative thinking and research ability.
