摘　　要：目的 探讨MRI在胸膜转移瘤中的应用价值.方法 回顾性分析2010年1月～2015年1月江苏省丰县人民医院14例临床证实的胸膜转移瘤患者的临床和影像学资料.结果 14例均行CT与MRI检查,均为胸膜多发转移瘤,单侧9例,双侧5例,伴胸腔积液12例.MRI表现为肋膈胸膜或纵隔胸膜结节样、肿块样、不规则或环状增厚,伴胸腔积液者可较CT更直观显示与壁层或脏层胸膜宽基底相连的结节.胸部MRI较好显示了胸部其他部位的转移.结论 MRI可较好显示胸膜转移瘤,值得临床应用.Objective To explore the application value of MRI in the pleura metastasis.Methods Clinic and imaging data of 14 persons with pleural metastases proved by clinic from January 2010 to January 2015 in the People＇s Hospital of Fengxian in Jiangsu Province were retrospectively analyzed.Results 14 patients were performed with CT and MRI examination.On CT and MRI imaging,all showed multiple pleural metastases,of them unilateral pleura involved in 9 cases,bilateral in 5 cases,with pleural effusion in 12 cases.The MRI representations of pleural metastases were pleural nodular or mass like thickening,pleural irregular or circular thickening.On the imagings with pleural effusion,MRI showed more intuitive than CT to the wide base nodular located in the partial pleura or the visceral pleura.MRI also showed better to the metastases in other parts of the chest.Conclusion MRI shows the pleural metastases better,so it is worthy of clinical application.
