护理审美指导对乳腺癌手术患者负性情绪及治疗依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨护理审美指导对乳腺癌手术患者负性情绪及治疗依从性的影响.方法 选择2012年2月～2014年1月在宁波市第二医院接受手术治疗的94例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各47例,进行护理审美指导（观察组）和常规护理（对照组）.比较两组护理前后焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分及治疗依从性.结果 护理前观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分分别为（69.14±7.51）分和（58.29±5.04）分,对照组患者的SAS、SDS评分分别为（46.37±5.86）、（38.26±4.17）分,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.护理后,观察组SAS、SDS分别为（46.37±5.86）、（38.26±4.17）分;对照组SAS、SDS分别为（66.29±6.58）、（49.36±4.08）分.两组患者的SAS、SDS评分较护理前差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.护理后两组SAS、SDS评分比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组积极配合手术、坚持进行功能锻炼、规则用药及总依从率分别为93.62％、89.36％、95.74％、91.49％;对照组积极配合手术、坚持进行功能锻炼、规则用药及总依从率分别为61.70％、57.45％、59.57％、65.96％.两组治疗依从性比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 护理审美指导能够有效缓解乳腺癌手术患者负性情绪,提高治疗依从性,帮助患者重建生活信心,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广.Objective To investigate the care of breast cancer patients undergoing aesthetic guidance and negative emotions affect treatment compliance.Methods 94 patients with breast cancer from February 2012 to January 2014 given surgical treatment in the Second Hospital of Ningbo City were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,observation group （47 cases） were given the namely nursing aesthetic guidance and control group （47 cases） were given the routine nursing.Self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）,self-rating depression scale （SDS） score before and after nursing and treatment compliance were compared.Results SAS and SDS scores of patients in the observation group before nursing were（69.14±7.51）,（58.29±5.04） scores,and the control group were （46.37±5.86）,（38.26±4.17） scores,the comparison between two groups of SAS and SDS scores had no significant difference （P ＞ 0.05）.After nursing,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were （46.37±5.86）,（38.26±4.17） scores;and control group were （66.29±6.58）,（49.36±4.08） scores.SAS and SDS before and after nursing of two groups had statistically significant differences （P ＜0.05）.SAS,SDS scores of two groups after nursing had statistically significant differences （P ＜ 0.05）.The observation group to actively cooperate with the operation,adhere to the functional exercise,regular medication and total compliance rate were 93.62％,89.36％,95.74％,91.49％;and those of the control group were 61.70％,57.45％,59.57％,65.96％ respectively.Comparison of treatment compliance of two groups,the difference was statistically significant （P ＜0.05）.Conclusion Nursing aesthetic guidance can effectively alleviate the operation of breast cancer patients with negative emotions,improve the treatment compliance of patients,help rebuild confidence in life,improve the quality of life of patients,is worthy of clinical promotion.
