摘　　要：通过分析地方院校机械专业计算机辅助设计与计算机辅助制造人才培养存在的问题,针对新建本科院校培养高级创新应用型人才的办学宗旨,构架了机械专业创新应用型人才培养模式即"三维一体式"教学模式,应用该模式对机械专业三维CAD人才培养进行了多年的教学探索与实践。以课程地图为导向,从教学体系内容更新、技能提高、实践创新及教学方式革新等多方位进行改革和实践,培养学生创新能力、团队协作能力,以适应社会和用人单位的需求。By analyzing the existing problems of CAD/CAM personnel training in local undergraduate mechanical engineering, develop innovative applications of advanced talents of mission for the new university, the teaching team in the framework of the mechanical engineering innovative training model that is applied ＂Three in one＂ teaching mode that mechanical professional 3D CAD personnel training for many years of exploration and practice of teaching. The curriculum map oriented, updated content from teaching system, skills enhancement, practice innovation and innovative teaching methods, such as multi-faceted reform and practice of cultivating students＇ innovation ability, teamwork ability to adapt to the needs of society and employers. Local undergraduate colleges mission is to train high-level innovative talents, model of mechanical professional 3D CAD teaching has carried on the exploration and practice of teaching for many years by the ＂three in one＂ training.
