摘　　要：目的：探讨鼻内镜下咽鼓管球囊扩张术治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎的手术护理配合。方法：手术护士术前手术用物的准备、术中定位合理放置各种仪器和用物、严格掌握准确的咽鼓管球囊扩张数值和正确轻柔的使用咽鼓管球囊扩张导管、术后妥善处理各种用物。结果：全部病例均一次插管成功，术后随访3～5个月，疗效满意，耳闷涨感消失，耳内镜检查鼓室无积液，无感染、出血、鼓膜穿孔等并发症。结论：手术护理工作的默契配合使鼻内镜下咽鼓管球囊扩张手术顺利进行。Objective： To study the methods of nursing cooperation in the procedure of balloon dilation of the Eustachian tube in the patients with chronic otitis media with effusion.Method： The operation nurse prepared all kinds of operative instruments and placed them in the reasonable places where the surgeon could use them easily.The nurse helped the surgeon strictly control the accu-rate pressure value of the Eustachian tube balloon and properly use the Eustachian tube balloon catheter.Posteroperatively, the used operative instruments should be handled properly.Results： The procedure was successfully completed in all 12 cases one time.All patients followed up for 3--5 months postoperatively were no ear stuffy feeling, middle ear effusion.Procedure were well tolerated without pain or complications related to dilation.Conclusion： Good nursing cooperation in the procedure of balloon dilation of the Eu-stachian tube under nasal endoscope could make the operation complete smoothly.
