摘 要:为了精确测量消谐器参数中的真有效值和峰值,设计了一种基于C8051F020单片机芯片的高精度测量系统。该系统实现多路交流信号的峰值及有效值的实时采集和显示功能。仪器硬件实现交流信号的采集功能,主要由信号调理模块、信号采集与处理模块、显示模块组成。软件分析采集数据的特点确定多路交流信号的采样流程,同时对采集的数据进行综合计算分析,滤除误差,提高测量精度。实验结果表明,该测量仪测量误差满足消谐器参数标定的要求,具有测量精度高、性能稳定、携带方便等特点,能用于消谐器以及仪器电阻非线性的检测,具有较广的应用价值。In order to achieve the high precision measurement of the true RMS value and peak value of harmonic elimination parameters, a high precision measurement and control system based on C8051F020 microcontroller chip was designed. The system realizes real-time acquisition and display of the RMS and peak of multiple AC signals . The hardware focuses on the signals collection which contains three modules, namely the signal conditioning module, the signal collection and processing module and the LCD module. The software units are used to control the workflow of the signal acquisition by analyzing the characteristics of the collected data,while filter error and improve measurement accuracy through comprehensive analysis of the signal. The experiment results show that the measurement errors can meet the requirements of harmonic elimination parameter calibration. The system is characterized by high precision, convenient carrying, stable and reliable performance, which can be applied in nonlinear detection of harmonic elimination and other instrument , has a good extension and application value.
