摘  要:在激光汇聚铬原子沉积研究中,需要用激光冷却铬原子,以压缩铬原子束的发散角。因此,必须将激光频率锁定在铬原子的7S37P40跃迁谱线上。为了实现对激光稳频状态的监测,设计了一套基于USB2.0接口的数据采集系统。系统选用EZ-USB FX2系列的CY7C68013作为USB控制芯片。利用LabVIEW开发了可视化界面。CY7C68013接受PC发出的指令,控制A/D转换电路采集稳频信号,并将其传输给PC。由PC完成数据的显示和存储。系统还设置了失锁报警功能,实现了对稳频的监测。The chromium atoms should be cooled to collimate the chromium atomic beam in the investigation of laser focusing chromium atoms deposition. Therefore, the frequency of the laser must be locked to the 7S3→7P40 transition of chromium atom. A data acquisition system based on USB communication is designed to monitor the state of frequency stabilization automatically. A Cypress's EZ-USB FX2, CY7C68013, is applied as the USB microcontroller and a visual interface is developed by LabVIEW. CY7C68013 accepts the instructions from the PC and controls the A/ D conversion circuit to collect the frequency stabilization signals and transform them to the PC. The signals are displayed and stored by PC. In addition, an alarm function is also included in the system to monitor the frequency stabilization.
