摘　　要：介绍了莫代尔，棉混纺织物长车生产工艺，包括低碱冷轧堆、短蒸、冷轧堆染色和后整理。前处理采用酶退浆后烧毛，低碱（10～12gm烧碱）冷轧堆和100～102℃短蒸（2min）SI~艺；冷轧堆染色，可提高莫代尔纤维与棉纤维的同色性；后整理选用氨基硅柔软剂和聚氨酯整理剂，在赋予织物优良手感的同时，提高织物的抗起毛起球性能。The continuous production process for Modal/cotton blends is introduced, including low alkali cold pad batching, short steaming, cold pad-batch dyeing and finishing. The pretreatment is carried out with enzyme desizing, singeing, low alkali cold batching with 10 N 12 g/L caustic soda and short steam- ing at 100-102 ℃ for 2 min; cold pad-batch dyeing is selected to improve the homochromatism of Modal fiber and cotton fiber; the after finishing with amino silicone softener and polyurethane finishing agent can impart the fabric excellent handle and improved anti-pilling performance.
