摘　　要：目的应用2215细胞作为药物体外筛选模型目前已发展到比较成熟的阶段,按照现有实验对不同药物处理方法分类,本文归纳总结中草药、中药提取物、中成药以及含药血清等应用2215细胞进行抗乙肝病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)的实验研究现状,为中药抗乙肝病毒的研究和开发提供了参考。Using 2215 cells for drug screening in vitro model at present has developed to the mature stage. According to the different ways to deal with existing experiment of drug classification. In this paper, the research status of 2215 cells in hepatitis B virus （ HBV ） resistance experiment for Chinese herbal medicine, Chinese medicine extract, proprietary Chinese medicine and the drug-containing serum were summarized to provide the reference for research and development of traditional Chinese medicine for anti I-IBV .
