摘　　要：目的:提高完善乙肝转阴颗粒质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对苦参、佛手和甘草进行鉴别。结果:TLC色谱斑点清晰,专属性强,重复性良好。结论:本方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective： To improve the quality standard for Yiganzhuanyin granules. Methods： Thin layer chro- matography（ TLC）was performed to identify Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Citrus medica vat. sarcodactylis, and Ra- dix Glycyrrhizae. Results： The TLC method had high spot definition, high specificity, and high repeatability. Conclusion： This method is simple, reliable, and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Yiganzhuanyin granules.
