摘　　要：目的:优选威灵仙中总皂苷的提取工艺。方法:采用均匀设计法,以总皂苷提取率为考察指标对威灵仙提取工艺进行优化。结果:优选的最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度66%,溶剂体积20倍,提取2次,每次30min。结论:优选的提取工艺合理、稳定、可行。Objective： To optimize the extraction process for total saponins from Clematis chinensis. Methods： With the extraction rate as the index, a uniform design was used to optimize the extraction process for total saponins from Clematis chinensis. Results ： In the optimal extraction process, raw material was treated with 66% ethanol （20times） twice （30rain each time）. Conclusion： The optimized extraction process is reasonable, stable, and feasible.
