摘　　要：侦查价值的探讨既有理论意义,也有实践意义。通过对侦查价值重新进行系统梳理,以侦查价值概念为出发点进行阐述,分析侦查价值与侦查功能、目的及任务之间的关系。在这两个基本问题之上探讨侦查价值的分类的主流观点、影响侦查价值实现的内外部因素以及现阶段研究侦查价值的意义等问题。To probe into the investigation value is significant both in theory and practice. A further research is made to systematically elaborate the concept of investigation value, analyze the relations between investigative function, investigative purpose and investigative mission. On this basis, the issues such as the mainstream views on the classification of investigation value, internal and external factors influencing the realization of investigation value and the significance of studying investigation value at this stage are discussed.
