酮康唑洗剂联合联苯苄唑乳膏治疗股癣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察酮康唑洗剂联合联苯苄唑乳膏治疗股癣的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为观察组和对照组各80例,观察组联合使用酮康唑洗剂和联苯苄唑乳膏,对照组单独使用联苯苄唑乳膏,比较2组治疗效果。结果观察组与对照组在治疗效果无明显差异(P>0.05),但观察组复发率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论酮康唑洗剂联合联苯苄唑乳膏治疗股癣显著降低疾病复发率,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of ketoconazole lotion combined with bifonazole cream in treatment of tinea cruris. METHODS The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 80 cases in each group,patients in the observation group were treated with ketoconazole lotion and bifonazole cream,patients in the control group were treated by bifonazole cream alone. Treatment effects were compared between the 2 groups. RESULTS The observation group and the control group had no significant difference in treatment effect（ P〉0.05）,but the recurrence rate of patients in the observation group decreased obviously（ P 〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION The ketoconazole lotion combined with bifonazole cream in treatment of tinea cruris significantly reduce the recurrence rate,it worthy of clinical application.
