摘 要:研究了ZSM-5、Na Y、USY、13X、SAPO4-34、丝光沸石(mordenite)、4A、β分子筛及斜发沸石(clinoptilolite)对钾离子的交换能力。测定了25℃下Na Y等4种分子筛对0.1 mol/L氯化钾溶液的离子交换等温线,利用langmuir模型对等温线进行拟合,得出了不同分子筛对钾离子的饱和交换量。采用Na Y等4种分子筛进行了海水中钾离子的交换选择性试验,结果表明,斜发沸石对钾离子选择性最高,对海水中钾离子交换量最大。饱和交换量均较高的13X、Na Y分子筛在交换海水中钾离子的同时,也交换了大量钙离子和镁离子,对钾离子的选择性较差。The potassium ion exchange capacity of nine molecular sieves including ZSM - 5, NaY,USY.13X,SAPO4 - 34,mordenite,4A,13 and clinoptilolite in 0. 1 mol/L potassium chloride solution and seawater were experimentally determined. The Langmuir exchange isotherm of potassi- um ion on NaY,13X,4A, and clinoptilolite in 0.1 mol/L potassium chloride solution at 25℃ were tested both in curve and linear form. According to the acquired exchange isotherm, saturated exchange amount of potassium ion on the molecular sieves were obtained by regression. Further, the selectivity of NaY,4A,13X and clinoptilolite for potassium ion in seawater was studied through dynamic exchange experiments. The results showed that the selectivity and exchange amount of potassium ion on clinoptilolite in seawater was the highest compared with NaY,4A,13X. On the contrary,13X and NaY molecular sieves whose saturated exchange amounts were higher, exchanged a great amount of calcium ion and magnesium ion from seawater, which lead to a poor exchange selectivity for potassium ion in seawater.
