摘  要:水溶型复合肥结块问题一直是困扰复肥企业的一个主要问题。云峰分公司硝铵厂11万t/a硝硫基水溶型复合肥26-6-8(N/P/K)和30-10(N/P)复合肥已经试生产成功,为解决该复肥的结块问题,经设备管理部和硝铵厂研究、决定对其设备进行改造,以满足生产的要求。改造后通过在复肥表面添加活性剂类防结块包裹剂,使其产品的表面结构得到优化,防止该复肥结块,可以取得很好的效果。Water soluble fertilizer caking is always a major concern for compound fertilizer enterprises. 110,000 tons/a nitrate sulfur - based dissolving compound fertilizer 26 - 6 - 8 ( N/P/ K) and 30 -10 (N/P) fertilizer have been successfully produced in ammonium nitrate plant of Yunfeng branch. In order to solve the caking of compound fertilizer, equipment management and ammonium nitrate plant decided to transform its equipment to meet the production requirements. Modified by addition of active anti - caking agent coating agent on the surface of compound fertilizer, its products surface structure was optimized to prevent the caking of compound fertilizer, which achieved very good results.
